Common use of Method of Shipment Clause in Contracts

Method of Shipment. The Company shall, unless specified otherwise in writing by Customer, determine the method of shipping or transport of its products, work, services or shipments. Customer shall be responsible for all shipping and transport costs, including, but not limited to, the payment and maintenance of any shipping or transport insurance. Customer shall bear all risk of loss or damage during shipping or transport.
