Method of Variation. When accepting Your request under clause 7.1 or giving You notice under clause 7.2, IT Logic Pty Ltd will also inform You of the method by which this Agreement is to be varied, including: (a) execution by both parties of a variation agreement, in which case the variation will become effective from the execution date of that document; or (b) automatically on expiry of the period specified in the IT Logic Pty Ltd notice under clause 7.2, which is not to be less than 30 days.

  • F3 Variation F3.1 The Authority may from time to time during the Contract Period, by written notice to the Contractor, request a variation of the Contract provided that such variation does not amount to a material change to it. Such a change is hereinafter called a “Variation”.
