METHODOLOGY AND DESIGN. The Working Group shall develop the methodology and design of the Harvest Study which shall be approved by the Board. The Harvest Study will provide for training of community field workers, education of the respondents regarding the importance of the Harvest Study, and the involvement of community organizations.
