Common use of Methods and Means Clause in Contracts

Methods and Means. 1. The Parties shall co-operate with the objective of identifying and employing the most effective methods and means for the implementation of this Chapter. To this end they shall coordinate efforts with relevant international organisations and develop, where applicable, synergies with other forms of bilateral co-operation between the Parties. 2. Co-operation under this Chapter shall be carried out either through EFTA activities, bilaterally or through a combination of the two.
