Common use of Methods of Network Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Methods of Network Interconnection. A. By mutual agreement of the Parties, trunk group arrangements between Carrier and BellSouth shall be established in accordance with subsection C below. Each Party will use commercially reasonable efforts to construct its network, including the interconnecting facilities, to achieve optimum cost effectiveness and network efficiency.
