Common use of Methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA) Clause in Contracts

Methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA). (1) Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol-9-carboxylic acid (THCA) (2) Benzoylecgonine confirmatory cutoff of 100 ng/ml. (3) Test for 6-AM when morphine concentration is greater than or equal to two thousand (2000) ng/ml. Morphine is the target analyte for codeine/morphine testing. (4) Specimen must also contain amphetamine at a concentration greater than or equal to one hundred (100) ng/ml before reporting methamphetamine positive. (5) Methyleneddioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) and its analytes MDA and MDEA In the event the initial urine drug test indicates a positive response the confirmatory test must be done. On an initial drug test, the laboratory must report a result below the cutoff concentration as negative. If the result is at or above the cutoff concentration, the laboratory must conduct a confirmation test. On a confirmation drug test, the laboratory must report a result below the cutoff concentration as negative and a result at or above the cutoff concentration as confirmed positive. These substances and test levels are subject to change by the Department of Transportation as advances in technology or other considerations warrant.
