Common use of Metro District Clause in Contracts

Purchaser understands, acknowledges and agrees that the Property is further subject to the Copper Ridge Metropolitan District (the “District”) as proposed by Resolution No. 72-10 by the City of Colorado Springs, and recorded May 19 2010 under Reception No. 210047077, records of El Paso County.
