Metrological standards. In fulfilling the requirements of this Appendix, each Party shall, as far as practicable, ensure the traceability of its metrological standards in accordance with the recommendations of the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (IBPM) and the International Organisation of Legal Metrology (OIML).
