Common use of Metropolitan Clause in Contracts

Metropolitan.  The Service will be performed by the later of the requested date and #12 Business Days after acceptance of a Service Order (if the request is received before 3:00 pm on a Business Day).  The Service will be performed by the later of the requested date and #13 Business Days after acceptance of a Service Order (if the request is received after 3:00 pm on a Business Day or a Non-Business Day).

Metropolitan.  The Service will be performed by the later of the requested date and #12 23 Business Days after acceptance the receiptacceptance of a Service Order (if the request is received before 3:00 pm pm* on a Business Day).  The Service will be performed by the later of the requested date and #13 24 Business Days after receipt acceptance of a Service Order (if the request is received after 3:00 pm pm* on a Business Day or a Non-Business Day).

Metropolitan.  The Service will be performed by the later of the requested date and #12 19 Business Days after acceptance the receipt of a Service Order (if the request is received before 3:00 pm on a Business Day).  The Service will be performed by the later of the requested date and #13 20 Business Days after acceptance receipt of a Service Order (if the request is received after 3:00 pm on a Business Day or a Non-Business Day).
