MFMP Transaction Fee Reports. The Contractor shall submit monthly MFMP Transaction Fee Reports to the Department. Reports are due 15 calendar days after the end of each month. Information on how to submit MFMP Transaction Fee Reports online can be located on the Transaction Fee and Reporting website.
