MFMP Transaction Fee Reports. The Contractor shall submit monthly MFMP Transaction Fee Reports to the Department. Reports are due 15 calendar days after the end of each month. Information on how to submit MFMP Transaction Fee Reports online can be located on the Transaction Fee and Reporting website. Assistance with the transaction fee reporting system is also available from the MFMP Customer Service Desk by email at xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or telephone at 866-FLA- EPRO (866-352-3776) from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The Department may not consider renewal of a Contract or price adjustments if the Contractor is late on submitting required reports or for outstanding fees owed.
