MHFA Instructor Certification. 1. Grantee shall identify and submit to Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) a list of employees and contracted providers currently certified by MHFA-USA or MHFA-Australia as an MHFA instructor. Grantee shall provide proof of certification (including, but not limited to, training curricula and copies of certificates of completion) of MHFA instructor training for each employee or contracted provider identified.
