Common use of Michigan Law Clause in Contracts

Michigan Law. This Agreement shall be subject to, and shall be enforced and construed under, the laws of the state of Michigan. Further, the Parties agree to litigate any disputes arising directly or indirectly from this Agreement in the Court of Claims in the state of Michigan. If the Court of Claims cannot take jurisdiction over the dispute, then the dispute shall be litigated in the circuit court of the SCAO’s choosing.
