Common use of Micropayments Fees Clause in Contracts

Micropayments Fees. If you, Receiving User, have signed up for Micropayments Fees, then the following Fees apply to all selling and receiving payments. If you have both a Micropayments Fees enabled Account and a standard pricing Account, it is your responsibility to correctly route your payments to the appropriate Account, and once a transaction is processed through the Account you selected, you may not request that the transaction be processed through a different Account. If Micropayments Fees apply to your account, then the fees set forth below will apply.

Micropayments Fees. If you use PayPal Payments Pro, you are not eligible for Micropayments Fees apply to your account, then the fees set forth below will applypricing.
