For the avoidance of doubt, fees associated with outbound calls or inbound calls (where applicable) shall not be included in the Fixed Fees. Fixed Fees may be updated by Aircall at any time, and Aircall will endeavor to provide notice of such update prior to its implementation. Such updated Fixed Fees shall be effective on the first day of the next Renewal Term.

This component of the Fixed Fees also covers construction administration by the A-E and includes, but is not limited to, review of shop drawings and samples, field interpretation of Construction Documents, preparation of required clarification drawings, and participation in quality control activities.
Fixed Fees. Subscriber may terminate fixed fee based Professional Services due to an uncured material breach by Fourth of these Terms and Conditions, or applicable Order or Statement of Work and any exhibits attached thereto. The fee for the manual control of digital article and food information as well as the handling of images applies regardless if the result is approved or rejected. A sample item which has been submitted and which has not been controlled due to reasons related to the supplier, for instance that item information is missing or that the supplier has not placed an order or that the supplier interrupts the manual control, is charged in accordance with applicable price list on xxx.xxxxxxx.xx. A fee per sample item will be charged for additional work caused by inadequate information from the supplier and/or incorrectly marked sample items. Applicable price list is stated on xxx.xxxxxxx.xx.
