Middle School Department Heads. 1.) Each middle School will receive five (5) differentials. 2.) Each person so designated shall receive a differential of $1,629. 3.) It is the Instructional Council’s responsibility to decide in collaboration with the whole staff whether or not to have Department Chairs, Team Leaders or both.
