Military Donated Leave. The Parties acknowledge that the State of Oregon administers a donated leave program to supplement military wages. As such, an employee may donate any portion of his/her accrued vacation to an eligible individual participant or to the program donation pool for distribution to eligible participants, as long as the program continues to exist.
