Days Worked Sample Clauses

Days Worked. Includes all days actually worked, all holidays, and all paid leave, which occurs within an employee’s service period.

Days Worked. For each day, an Employee shall be credited with 10 Hours of Service if he is entitled to be credited for at least one (1) Hour of Service for that day.

The 150 paid days must have been worked within the five (5) year period immediately prior to applying for Associate Membership. Days WorkedThe Parties agree that the Interim Superintendent will dedicate four (4) days per week to perform the duties of the Superintendent identified in Paragraph 2. The Interim Superintendent may determine which four days she will work per week. The Board expects the Interim Superintendent to perform work for the District for at least eight (8) hours during the four (4) days that she will be working under this contract of employment. The Interim Superintendent will attend regular and special Board meetings to update the Board on District business. Upon a request by the Board, the Interim Superintendent will provide the Board with a record of specific days she has provided services to the District.
Days WorkedThe Company agrees to provide each new em- ployee at the time of employment with a form letter outlining to the new employee his or her responsibility in regards to Union Membership, and to provide the Union in writing with the name and address of each new employee to whom they have presented the form letter along with the employee's date of hire. The Union shall bear the expense of printing the letter, the contents of the letter to be such that it is accept- able to the Company. The Company further agrees to provide the Union once a month with a list containing names of all employees who have terminated their employment during the previous month. Every employee shall keep the Company and Union informed of their home address, postal code and phone number. The Company shall advise the Union quarterly of any changes in employee addresses. Section Deduction of Dues: The Employer agrees to deduct from the wages of each employee, upon proper authorization from the employee af- fected, such initiation fees, union dues, fines and assessments as are authorized by regular and proper vote of the membership of the Union. The Employer further agrees to automatically deduct union dues from the wages of all new employees. The Union will supply an appropriate form to the Employer so that new employees, at the time of hire, will author- ize union dues deductions. This form will be appli- cable from the time the employee commences em- ployment until such time as the Union submits an official dues check-off to the Employer. The em- ployee shall, within thirty (30) days commence- ment of employment, provide the Employer with a signed authorization for such deductions. Monies deducted during any month shall be forwarded by the Employer to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union not later than the tenth (loth.) day of the following month, accompanied by a written statement of the name and social insurance number of each employee for whom the deductions were made and the amount of each deduction. Dues are to be submit- xxx on a monthly or four-week basis showing amount deducted each week, for what purpose and the total amount deducted during the month or four-week period, as well as the plant number of each employee for whom the deductions were made. Union dues deducted by the Employer shall be shown on the employee's slip.
Days WorkedVacation days, approved sick leave and other approved absences covered by leave provisions in this Article shall be counted as days worked.
Days Worked. An Employee will not be required to work more than five consecutive (ordinary) days in any seven-day period and is entitled to take two consecutive days off as their nominated weekend. An Employee may request and a Manager can agree that these two days may be taken as individual days (i.e. not consecutively).
