Common use of Minimum Account Balance Clause in Contracts

Minimum Account Balance. The Bank may require a minimum Account opening balance or equivalent value of Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Dollars (USD $100,000) per Business Account and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars (USD$50,000) per Personal Account. Should your Account opening balance fall below these minimum balances, you will receive a notice of the deficiency. The Bank has the right in its sole discretion to close Accounts or reject Account applications for Accounts that fall below, or would not meet, the minimum required Account opening balances. The Bank may charge Fees against your Account so long as they remain under the minimum required opening balance.
