Common use of Minimum Engagements Clause in Contracts

Minimum Engagements. (a) Full-time Employees will receive a minimum payment of four hours for each engagement in respect of ordinary hours of work. (b) Part-time and casual Employees will receive a minimum payment of two hours for each engagement. (c) Except for meal breaks, and Broken shifts, the hours of work on any day will be continuous.
