Common use of Minimum Fees Clause in Contracts

Minimum Fees. If you do not have sufficient funds in your wallet to complete a transaction and you have previously entered your credit card information or another payment instrument or payment mechanism, we may automatically charge your credit card or the other applicable payment instrument or payment mechanism a minimum amount determined by us ("Minimum Fee") to complete the transaction, even if the Minimum Fee exceeds the total amount of your order.
