Minimum Hours Per Day a. Substitute drivers hired prior to September 6, 2005 shall receive a drivers regular guaranteed hours based on the route they are covering when they work a full day. Substitute drivers shall receive pay for actual hours worked for anything less than a full day. A full day shall be considered as a complete set of a.m. and p.m. runs regardless of the route the runs are worked on.

  • hours per week An employee hired prior to September 1, 1997, who as of that date is scheduled to work a normal work week of less than forty (40) hours per week, shall not be scheduled to work a normal work week of forty (40) hours per week while he/she remains in his/her current position, unless agreed to by the employee.
