Minimum Hours Per Day a. Substitute drivers hired prior to September 6, 2005 shall receive a drivers regular guaranteed hours based on the route they are covering when they work a full day. Substitute drivers shall receive pay for actual hours worked for anything less than a full day. A full day shall be considered as a complete set of a.m. and p.m. runs regardless of the route the runs are worked on. b. Substitute drivers hired after September 6, 2005 shall receive drive time only plus thirty minutes prep time for the day. (i.e. No six hour guarantee).

Minimum Hours Per Day. If CUSTOMER limits an assigned employee’s work day to fewer than 4-hours, CHRYSALIS STAFFING may deem that day to include 4-hours of time worked and may xxxx CUSTOMER 4-hours if CHRYSALIS STAFFING pays the assigned employee for the 4-hours. Additionally, each workday the assigned employee is scheduled to report, but is not put to work, the CUSTOMER will be billed for 2-hours of “reporting time” pay if CHRYSALIS STAFFING pays the assigned employee for 2-hours.

  • Minimum Hours All employees shall be paid their regular hourly rate for each hour worked except where employed for less than four (4) consecutive hours per day, in which event they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. An employee who is called for work and upon reporting finds that his or her services are not required shall receive two (2) hours pay.

  • Minimum Revenue Borrower and its Subsidiaries shall have Revenue from sales, marketing or distribution of the Product and related services (for each respective measured period, the “Minimum Required Revenue”): (a) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2015, of at least $45,000,000; (b) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2016, of at least $80,000,000; (c) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2017, of at least $110,000,000; and (d) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2018, of at least $120,000,000; and (e) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2019, of at least $120,000,000.

  • Minimum Break between Shifts (a) Where it is necessary to work extended overtime, it is agreed that no Employee shall resume or continue to work without having had ten consecutive hours off duty between the termination of the overtime and the commencement of the Employee’s ordinary work on the next day or shift. (b) In the event that an Employee agrees to a request from site management to resume or continue to work without having had ten consecutive hours off duty, the Employee shall be paid at double ordinary time rates until the Employee is released from duty for such period.

  • Hours Worked For the purpose of computing the number of hours worked, all time during which an employee is in paid status shall be construed as hours worked.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Regular Work Day A regular work day shall consist of six and one-half (6½) hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

  • Minimum Balance Requirements To be a member and maintain Accounts with Us You must purchase 1 share in the Credit Union. The par value of a share in this Credit Union is $5.00. If the balance in Your primary share Account drops below 1 share ($5.00), at any time, We may, at Our option, close Your Account. Nonsufficient Funds Returns. The final balance takes into account all of the debit and credit transactions that were settled that Business Day pursuant to Our Funds Availability Policy, as well as any other debits or credits to Your Account that were finally settled that day, as described above in the "Deposit of Items" and "Collection and Processing of Items" sections of the Account Agreement. This starting balance at the beginning of a Business Day (the preceding Business Day's final balance) is sometimes referred to as Your "actual balance."
