Common use of Minimum Insurance Requirements Clause in Contracts

Minimum Insurance Requirements. 7.7.1 At all times during the term of this Agreement, each Party shall keep and maintain in force at its own expense the following minimum insurance coverage and limits and any additional insurance and/or bonds required by Applicable Law: 7.7.2 For CLECs that are reselling AT&T Resale Services and/or purchasing UNE-P under this Agreement, the minimum insurance coverage and limits are as follows: 7.7.2.1 Commercial General Liability insurance with minimum limits of: $2,000,000 General Aggregate limit; $1,000,000 each occurrence sub-limit for Personal Injury and Advertising; $2,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate limit, with a $1,000,000 each occurrence sub-limit for Products/Completed Operations. 7.7.3 For CLECs that are Interconnecting or purchasing any Unbundled Network Elements (other than UNE-P), products or services under this Agreement, the minimum insurance coverage and limits are as follows:
