Minimum Lead Time and Performance Deadlines. For each Directory, Publisher shall provide YPS with the minimum lead times specified in this Section, and YPS shall meet the performance deadlines required hereby and by other provisions of this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties. The Parties shall cooperate in good faith in making adjustments to the lead time and performance deadline requirements for each Directory, as necessary to coordinate YPS’s delivery of the Final Version of each Web Site with the printing and distribution schedules of the corresponding Directory.
