Minimum Monthly Pay Guarantee. 1. A Flight Attendant who is available for duty for a full month will be paid flight pay at the applicable hourly rate for seventy-five (75) hours. In the event a Flight Attendant is unavailable for a portion of the month, her/his guarantee for that month will be prorated.
