Common use of Minimum Notice Period Clause in Contracts

Minimum Notice Period. If, pursuant to applicable law, prior notice of any such action is required to be given to Guarantor, Guarantor hereby acknowledges that the minimum time required by such applicable law, or ten (10) Business Days if no minimum is specified, shall be deemed a reasonable notice period. Security Agent shall not be obligated to make any sale of Collateral regardless of notice of sale having been given. Security Agent may adjourn any public or private sale from time to time by announcement at the time and place fixed therefor, and such sale may, without further notice, be made at the time and place to which it was so adjourned.
