Minimum Observations Clause Samples
The Minimum Observations clause sets a threshold for the least number of data points, measurements, or occurrences required for a particular analysis, calculation, or contractual obligation to be valid. In practice, this might mean that a financial benchmark rate must be based on at least a specified number of market transactions, or that a survey result is only considered reliable if a minimum number of responses are collected. By establishing this baseline, the clause ensures that outcomes are based on sufficient and representative information, thereby reducing the risk of decisions being made on incomplete or unreliable data.
Minimum Observations. During each school year each employee shall be observed for the purpose of evaluation at least twice in the performance of his/her assigned duties. A minimum of one formal observation for a total observation time of thirty (30) minutes shall be required. Total formal and informal observation time for each employee for each school year shall be not less than sixty (60) minutes.
