Common use of Minimum operative reserves Clause in Contracts

Minimum operative reserves. Any time that the Contractor has a regasification capacity set aside, as a Voucher; it will be required to maintain a minimum amount of LNG at every Regasification Plant that it uses. The minimum amount is specified in current regulations. The regulations applicable to the Voucher will be determined by the NGTS. Any regasification amount that may result in supplies going below the minimum operative levels may be rejected by the Carrier because of the excess.
