Minimum Pay During Regular Work Day. (a) In the event of an employee reporting for work in any regular work day and being sent home (for other than disciplinary reasons) before the employee has completed four (4) hours, they shall be paid for four (4) hours at their rate of pay in effect prior to being sent home.
