Common use of Minimum Payments Clause in Contracts

Minimum Payments. Upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason Executive shall be entitled to: (a) Base Salary accrued through the Termination Date; (b) reimbursement of expenses incurred prior to termination of employment that are payable in accordance with Section 4.8; (c) any benefits accrued or earned in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of Employer, including but not limited to accrued and unused vacation; and (d) any earned but unpaid Annual Bonus plus any other earned incentive compensation expressly provided for in any incentive compensation plan for Executive.

Minimum Payments. Upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason Executive shall be entitled to: (a) Base Salary accrued through the Termination Date; (b) reimbursement of expenses incurred prior to termination of employment that are payable in accordance with Section 4.8; (c) any benefits accrued or earned in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of Employer, including but not limited to accrued and unused vacation; and (d) any earned but unpaid Annual Bonus plus any STI bonus or other earned incentive compensation if, and to the extent, the applicable management bonus plan expressly provided provides for in any incentive compensation plan for Executivepayment following termination of employment.

Upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason reason: (a) Executive shall be entitled to: (a) to Base Salary accrued through the Termination Date; (b) Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement of expenses incurred prior to termination of employment that are payable in accordance with Section 4.8; (c) Executive shall be entitled to any benefits accrued or earned in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of Employer, including but not limited to accrued and unused vacation; and (d) Executive shall be entitled to receive any earned but unpaid Annual Bonus plus any other earned incentive compensation expressly provided for in any the incentive compensation plan for Executive.

Upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason Executive shall be entitled to: (a) Base Salary accrued through the Termination Date; (b) reimbursement of expenses incurred prior to termination of employment that are payable in accordance with Section 4.84.6; (c) any benefits accrued or earned in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of Employer, including but not limited to accrued and unused vacation; and (d) any earned but unpaid Annual Bonus annual bonus plus any other earned incentive compensation expressly provided for to be paid upon termination in any incentive compensation plan for Executive.
