Common use of Minimum Periodic Payment Clause in Contracts

Minimum Periodic Payment. You may pay less than the total amount due on the Periodic Statement unless the entire outstanding balance has matured as provided for in Paragraph 16. However, you agree to pay the following Minimum (Monthly) Periodic Payment: 3% of the unpaid balance of your account or $25.00, whichever is greater.
