Common use of Minimum Personnel: Production Department Clause in Contracts

Minimum Personnel: Production Department. (a) For the purposes of Article MB16.00, the Production Department shall be deemed to consist of the Production Management department, the Assistant Director department, the Locations department and the Accounting Department. (b) Except on television Series, the Producer will engage as Department heads at least one (1) Production Manager in the Production Manager Department, one (1) First Assistant Director in the Assistant Director Department, one (1) Location Manager in the Locations Department and one (1) Production Accountant in the Accounting Department.
