Minimum Qualifying Card Transactions. To determine if you meet the minimum qualifying Card transactions requirement, we will add all qualifying Card transactions on your Account and subtract any returns or refunds made to your Card during the last 30 days. Qualifying Card transactions include all swipe and POS transactions. ATM cash withdrawals, over-the- counter or “cash back” transactions, and Visa Money Transfers DO NOT count as qualifying Card transactions.
