Electronic Banking Services. General Rules This agreement (the "EFT Agreement") governs your use of Electronic Funds Transfer Services described below ("EFT Services") that are available for the Accounts opened through the Bank Website (the "Website"). The following provisions apply only to accounts established primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. This EFT Agreement describes your rights as well as your responsibilities and as such should be read carefully. We recommend that you keep the EFT Agreement for future reference.

Electronic Banking Services. We offer a variety of electronic banking ser- vices for use with your deposit accounts. We describe them in this section and also pro- vide certain disclosures that apply to use of an electronic banking service with personal and business deposit accounts. Please review the following provisions for the service. ATM and Debit Cards We may issue you an ATM or debit card (either is called a “card”) and a personal identification number (PIN) when you open your account. The terms that govern this service are in this Agreement. The following information is a summary of how you can use your card. Some of these uses may not be available with every card or at every ATM or other terminal. At ATMs You can use your card with linked accounts at participating ATMs to withdraw cash, transfer funds and find out balances. At Patriot Bank ATMs you can also use your card and PIN with linked accounts to make deposits. At Participating Merchants You can use your card with linked accounts at participating merchants to purchase goods and services. Some merchants may also permit you to withdraw cash from your checking account while making a purchase. There are daily dollar limits for withdrawals and purchases. These limits are as follows: Limits at ATMs You may use your card to withdraw no more than $500 per day (check- ing and savings combined).
Electronic Banking Services. The Borrower also acknowledges that the Credit Union may communicate with You by ordinary, uninsured mail or other means, including hand delivery or facsimile transmission. Mailed information is deemed to be received by You five days after mailing. Delivered information is deemed to be received when delivered or left at your address. Messages sent by facsimile are deemed to be received when the Credit Union receives a fax confirmation.

These include all transfers resulting from the USAA Debit Card, USAA ATM Card, electronic payments, credits, and transfers (excluding wire transfers), telephone transfers, and online banking transactions. FSB may issue you an access device in connection with the use of any EFT services. The access device may be a card, code, or other means of accessing your account to initiate EFTs. Any authorized signer on an account may apply for EFT services on behalf of all authorized signers.

Electronic Banking Services. 1. Varo to Varo Transfers With the Varo Bank Account, you will have access to Varo to Varo Transfers via the Mobile App. Varo to Varo Transfers allow you to send money to other Varo customers and receive money from other Varo customers. To send funds to another Varo customer you will provide the intended recipient’s email address and the dollar amount you would like to send. Varo to Varo Transfers are applied to the Varo Bank Account associated with the recipient’s email address. Approved Varo to Varo Transfers are automatically debited from the sender’s Varo Bank Account and deposited to the recipient’s Varo Bank Account. To send money: You will not have access to Varo to Varo Transfers until you activate your Varo Bank debit card. You may only send a Varo to Varo Transfer to an existing Varo customer. If you wish to send money to a non-Varo customer, the intended payee must sign up and be approved for a Varo Bank Account before you can initiate a Varo to Varo Transfer. To receive money: You must have an open Varo Bank Account. Your Varo Bank debit card does not need to be activated to receive money from a Varo to Varo Transfer. Until such time as your Card is activated you may access any transferred money using ACH transfer. Using Varo to Varo Transfers To send Varo to Varo Transfers, login to the Mobile App and select “Varo to Varo Transfers.” You xxx choose the intended recipient either by selecting from the list of prior recipients, or by entering the intended recipient’s email address. You must be sure the recipient’s email address is entered accurately to be sure a Varo to Varo Transfer is sent to the correct recipient. The obligation to pay a Varo to Varo Transfer will not be excused by an error in the information you enter. Once you have initiated a Varo to Varo Transfer in the Mobile App, you will not be able to cancel it. The amount you enter for the Varo to Varo transfer must not exceed the available balance in your Varo Bank Account, and must be within the limits described below under “Limits on Varo to Varo Transfers.” By using Varo to Varo Transfers, you are representing you are the owner of the email address registered for the Varo Bank Account and you are giving your consent for the email address to be used as the identifier by which you send and receive transfers. Electronic Banking Services. Borrowers may use electronic or online banking services offered by or through Bank (“Electronic Banking Services”) to make a regular payment to Borrowers’ loan(s) by transferring the payment amount from Borrowers’ checking or savings account to the balance of Borrowers’ loan(s). Borrowers can also use Electronic Banking Services to view their account balances. Use of Electronic Banking Services is subject to the terms and conditions of the online banking agreement and/or the treasury management services agreement between Borrowers and Bank.
