Minimum Rate of Interest and/or Maximum Rate of Interest. If the applicable Final Terms specifies a Minimum Rate of Interest for any Interest Period, then, in the event that the Rate of Interest in respect of such Interest Period determined in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (ii) above is less than such Minimum Rate of Interest, the Rate of Interest for such Interest Period shall be such Minimum Rate of Interest. If the applicable Final Terms specifies a Maximum Rate of Interest for any Interest Period, then, in the event that the Rate of Interest in respect of such Interest Period determined in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (ii) above is greater than such Maximum Rate of Interest, the Rate of Interest for such Interest Period shall be such Maximum Rate of Interest.
Minimum Rate of Interest and/or Maximum Rate of Interest. If the applicable Final Terms specifies a Minimum Rate of Interest/Interest Amount for any Interest Period, then in no event shall the Rate of Interest/Interest Amount for such Interest Period be less than such Minimum Rate of Interest/Interest Amount. If the applicable Final Terms specifies a Maximum Rate of Interest/Interest Amount for any Interest Period, then in no event shall the Rate of Interest/Interest Amount for such Interest Period be greater than such Maximum Rate of Interest/Interest Amount.

If the applicable Final Terms or (in the case of Exempt Notes) the applicable Pricing Supplement specifies a Maximum Rate of Interest for any Interest Period, then, in the event that the Rate of Interest in respect of such Interest Period determined in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (b) above is greater than such Maximum Rate of Interest, the Rate of Interest for such Interest Period shall be such Maximum Rate of Interest.

If the applicable Final Terms Document or Pricing Supplement for a Floating Rate Covered Bond specifies a Maximum Rate of Interest for any Interest Period, then, in the event that the Rate of Interest in respect of such Interest Period determined in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (b) above is greater than such Maximum Rate of Interest, the Rate of Interest for such Interest Period will be such Maximum Rate of Interest.
