Common use of Minimum Recruitment Standard Clause in Contracts

Minimum Recruitment Standard.  Some high school education plus one year experience in the operation, preventative maintenance and routine servicing of medium industrial/agricultural equipment related to the position assignment and/or in driving medium transport vehicles; or equivalent as described below. Equivalency: Additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of education on a one-for-one basis. Special Requirement: Completion of a recognized training program and a valid Alberta Operator's License as related to the equipment being operated for the position assignment.
