Minimum scope of coverage. Coverage shall be at least as broad as set forth herein. However, if, because of Tenant’s Use or occupancy of the Premises, Landlord determines, in Landlord’s reasonable judgment, that additional insurance coverage or different types of insurance are necessary, then Tenant shall obtain such insurance at Tenant’s expense in accordance with the terms of this Section 15.
