Common use of Minimum Service Length Clause in Contracts

Minimum Service Length. Customer agrees to purchase the Service for the Initial Term. If Customer disconnects Service or defaults in payment before the Initial Term is complete, Customer agrees to pay a termination fee equal to the number of remaining months in the Initial Term multiplied by the level of Service cost selected in the Service Order Summary.
