Minimum Wage, Mayoral Executive Order. 2014-1 Mayoral Executive Order 2014-1 provides for a fair and adequate Minimum Wage to be paid to employees of City contractors and subcontractors performing work on City contracts. If this contract was advertised on or after October 1, 2014, Contractor must comply with Mayoral Executive Order 2014-1 and any applicable regulations issued by the CPO. The Minimum Wage to be paid pursuant to the Order as of July 1, 2015 is $13.00 per hour. The Minimum Wage must be paid to: All employees regularly performing work on City property or at a City jobsite. All employees whose regular work entails performing a service for the City under a City contract.
