Common use of Minister of Finance Clause in Contracts

Minister of Finance. All references to “Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxx, Minister of Finance” shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with “Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, State Secretary of the Ministry for National Economy” and all references to “Minister of Finance” shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with “Minister for National Economy.”
