Ministry Representation on Staffing Panels. A) SGEU agrees two (2) ministry representatives may sit on a staffing panel and, in exceptional circumstances, more than two (2) representatives may be mutually agreed to by the staffing panel. This article shall apply only when the competition relates to a position within the scope of this agreement and when there are Union members as applicants.
