Permanent Full-Time. Members of the Bargaining Unit who are employed on an ongoing basis for 35, 37.5 or 40 hours per week, twelve (12) months per year.
Permanent Full-Time. The Rehabilitation Placement Process may supersede the staffing provisions.
Permanent Full-Time. 17.3.2.1 Under Three (3) Months of Service
A) Probationary Full-Time employees with less than three (3) months service shall be allowed five (5) days of sick leave.
17.3.2.2 Three (3) or More Months of Service
A) Probationary/Permanent Full-Time employees with three (3) or more months service shall, at the beginning of the fiscal year, be credited with fifteen (15) sick leave days. Sick leave shall be earned on the basis of one and one-quarter (1¼) days for each month of service. Any unused sick days shall be accumulated from year to year.
Permanent Full-Time. A permanent position equivalent to eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week. A permanent full-time employee will be paid on a monthly salary basis, and all benefits will be calculated on a monthly pay status basis.
Permanent Full-Time. A) Permanent Full-Time employees shall be granted vacation based upon the years of service they will have completed in the fiscal year. Vacation entitlements shall be advanced to Permanent Full- Time employees at the beginning of each fiscal year.
Permanent Full-Time. A permanent full-time Employee is an Employee who works a basic work period consisting of nine (9) eight- (8) hour days over a two- (2) week period and who has successfully completed an initial or any probationary period.
Permanent Full-Time. Full-time permanent employees who have completed six months of continuous service will be credited one year toward vacation increments for each year of continuous service worked.
Permanent Full-Time. The Employee agrees to devote full-time efforts, as an employee of the Employer, to the employment duties and obligations as described in this Agreement.

Permanent Full-Time. Permanent full-time members shall be entitled to a holiday with pay on each of the following days: New Year’s Day Canada Day Family Day Civic Holiday Good Friday Labour Day Victoria Day Thanksgiving Day The period beginning at 12:00 noon on Christmas Eve and ending at 11:59 p.m. on December 31. One (1) additional day shall be observed in conjunction with the Canada Day holiday in order to provide a four (4) day weekend, except when Canada Day falls on a Wednesday, in which case the additional day shall be observed on a day mutually agreeable to the member and the Supervisor. Agreement shall not be unreasonably sought or withheld. Any Holiday declared by the President of the University.
