MINISTRY SELECTION OF ARBITRATORS. a) If the parties are unable to reach an agreement on the name of an Arbitrator under Article 9.2(a), the party taking the grievance to arbitration may request the appointment of an Arbitrator to be made by the Minister of Labour, or may choose to exercise its option under Article 9.2(b). b) If the appointees are unable to reach an agreement on the name of a Chairperson under Article 9.2(b), the party taking the grievance to arbitration may request the appointment of a Chairperson to be made by the Minister of Labour.
