Provision of Office Space. In order to facilitate an orderly and confidential investigation of grievances, the Employer shall make available to the Union the temporary use of a private office or similar facility if available.
Provision of Office Space. Each Party agrees to provide office facilities, including internet connectivity, to house the Horizon Public Health employees whose home base office is assigned to that respective Party. In addition, each of the five (5) Parties agrees to provide office cleaning services at no cost to Horizon Public Health. All other costs associated with supporting office functions and operations including but not limited to basic telephone service, long distance telephone charges, computers, printers, copiers, faxes and information technology support shall be the financial responsibility of Horizon Public Health unless otherwise directed by the Governing Board and agreed to by the parties to the agreement.
Provision of Office Space. COUNTY shall provide CONTRACTOR with the office space and telephone facilities needed to provide the administrative and transitional support services required pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The North Carolina Global Transpark shall provide appropriate office space, including utilities and furnishings, at the location of its choice, approved by the Alliance Members, to physically house the Alliance and make every effort to provide space for future growth in staffing as agreed to between all Alliance Members.
Provision of Office Space. 1.1 The Sublessor agrees to provide to the Tenant, and the Tenant takes for its exclusive use for the purpose of carrying on the business of administering its affairs as a public company and for no other purpose, the office space provided and designated by the Sublessor, at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, X0X 0X0 (the "Office"), together with the use in common with other tenants of the reception areas, hallways, entrance hall, and other common areas, (the "Premises") subject to the rules and regulations set down from time to time by the Sublessor and the terms of this agreement.
Provision of Office Space. (a) Following the Executive's Separation from Service due to resignation or retirement under Paragraph 5, termination of the Executive by the Company “without cause” pursuant to subparagraph (a)(ii) of Paragraph 6, or termination by the Executive for “good reason” pursuant to Paragraph 2(c) and continuing until the earliest of (A) the Executive's death, (B) the date, if ever, on which the Executive begins full time employment with another employer, or (C) the fifth anniversary of the Executive's Separation from Service, the Company shall provide to the Executive at no cost to the Executive, office space at a location (other than the executive offices of the Company) suitable to the Executive's status as the former Chief Executive Officer of the Company, a full-time secretary and other customary office support functions.

Station Licensee shall provide to employees and agents of Sales Agent and its Affiliates the right to access and use space designated for Sales Agent’s use in the Stations’ studio buildings (the “Premises”) as reasonably necessary for Sales Agent’s performance of the Obligations of Sales Agent under this Agreement, so long as the provision of such space does not unreasonably interfere with the conduct of the business or operations of the Stations. When on the Premises, Sales Agent’s personnel shall be subject to the reasonable direction and control of the management personnel of Station Licensee. Station Licensee shall make available to Sales Agent for use without fee or charge all facilities and equipment of the Stations.

The KSMO Parties shall provide to employees and agents of Sales Agent and its affiliates the right to access and use space designated by the KSMO Parties for Sales Agent’s use in the KSMO Parties’ studio building (the “Premises”) as reasonably necessary for Sales Agent’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement, so long as the provision of such space does not unreasonably interfere with the conduct of the KSMO Parties’ business or operations. When on the Premises, Sales Agent’s personnel shall be subject to the reasonable direction and control of Licensee’s management personnel. The KSMO Parties shall make available to Sales Agent for use without fee or charge all facilities and equipment of the Station.
Provision of Office Space. After the Closing, the Purchaser shall cause office space to be made available in San Francisco, California and Edison, New Jersey at the appropriate subsidiary of CDC Corporation which currently maintains office space in such cities for a reasonable number of professionals of the Company which, as of the Closing Date, the Company believes will number up to two at each such location at no charge to the Company (except for the overhead allocation specified in paragraph 2 of Attachment B).

Station Licensee shall provide to employees and agents of Service Provider and its Affiliates the right to access and use space designated for Service Provider’s use in the Stations’ studio buildings (the “Premises”) as reasonably necessary for Service Provider’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement, provided that the provision of such space shall not unreasonably interfere with the conduct of the business or operations of the Stations. When on the Premises, Service Provider’s personnel shall be subject to the reasonable direction and control of the management personnel of Station Licensee. Station Licensee shall make available to Service Provider for use without fee or charge, pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement and the JSA, all facilities and equipment of the Stations.
