Minor Capital Project. Any project that involves the construction of a new facility and that has a total project cost of $100,00 or more but less than $4 million (Minor Capital – New Construction), or any project that involves the renovation (repair and rehabilitation) of an existing facility and that has a total project cost of $100,00 or more but less than $4 million (Minor Capital – Renovation). Minor Capital Projects may involve the rehabilitation or upgrading of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, infrastructure technology components or systems or any combination thereof.
