Minor Changes in the Project. The Project Manager will have authority to order minor changes in the Project not involving an adjustment in the Project GMP or an extension of the Project Construction Completion Date and not inconsistent with the intent of the Plans and Specifications and other contract documents for the Project. Such changes shall be effected by written order. Documentation of changes shall be determined by the PM. Changes shall be approved by the PM and the District Construction Office.
