MINOR RELEASE. A Minor Release is used to bundle a set of smaller improvements, corrections and/or known bugs. Typically a Minor Release does not include changes of interfaces. If such changes are included, they are backward compatible. Minor Releases will be distributed at least 30 calendar days prior to becoming effective.
