Minor Works Contractor. A Minor Works Contractor is a person, firm or corporation having a direct contract with the Owner to perform the Town’s Work or any portion thereof, or to supply products worked to a special design according to the Agreement, but does not include one who merely supplies products not so worked and does not include one who has a direct contract with a General Contractor.
