Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises Compliance. Consistent with IC 4-13-16.5-1[version b] (d)(2), the Contractor has not submitted a subcontractor participation plan to the State. The Contractor will make a good faith effort to utilize certified minority or women businesses as subcontractors, and shall notify the Department of Administration’s Minority and Women Business Enterprise Division of any such use. In such event, the Contractor agrees to comply with the provisions of 25 IAC 5.
