Minority Participation. Certain State of Florida subdivisions, as well as other Customers, may choose to include participation measures at the time that they conduct Statement of Work RFQs. Therefore, Statements of Work awarded hereunder may include provisions for participation by certified minority and women- owned Contractors or subcontractors, pursuant to processes established by such Customers with respect to such measures.
